- I have the internal Sportster with ROM date 9/19/95 (by ATI7) running in a PC,
- and it exhibits the same problem. Given a steadily busy line, it may report
- BUSY-BUSY-BUSY-NO CARRIER-BUSY-NO CARRIER-NO CARRIER-BUSY.

- It seems as though there is something marginal in the busy detection hardware
- or software. I cannot perceive any difference in the tone or loudness of the
- busy signal, nor any interfering noise on the line, through the speaker.
